Tiger Prawn


Raw gambas, also known as black tiger prawns are graded as 16/20s (meaning there are between 12 and 17 per kilo). These succulent gambas are raw and are great when marinated for extra flavour. Try leaving them overnight in olive oil, lime zest and garlic then just season and flash fry.


  • Large and flavoursome, they have moist, firm flesh and medium flavour.
