Salmon fillet


Selected from smaller farms off the west coast of Scotland, we seek out smaller, leaner fish which give a more delicate flavour and are less oily. Simple to cook, either pan fry or wrap in tin foil, with a touch of butter, lemon, herbs and seasoning and bake in a hot oven until cooked. Serve with our luxurious ready to eat hollandaise sauce. Eat within 3 days of arrival or freeze.

With its rich and distinctive flavour, the salmon fillet is always a family favourite. Its firm, oily flesh makes it one of the most versatile fish to cook
